A strength coach you can talk to.
Say the set — it's logged. Ask anything mid-workout. It writes your program, moves sessions when life happens, and reports on its own work every Sunday.
It coaches. Out loud. While you lift.
Not a chatbot bolted onto a tracker — a live voice call with a coach that holds your plan, your log, and your targets, and takes responsibility for them.
Hands-free logging
Speak the set and it lands in your log — same as a tap, counted in volume, PRs, and progress.
A plan that pushes back
Earned jumps, 10% resets when a lift stalls three sessions, and loads prescribed for every set.
It moves your week
Missed Tuesday? It reschedules the session while the week is still savable — and tells you it did.
Sunday report card
The coach grades its own week against the promise it made you: sessions, strength pace, scale trend.
Meals from your kitchen
Cuisine-aware day plans with protein targets from the research — fasting windows included.

Questions
Does it really work mid-set, in a loud gym?
Yes — server-side noise reduction plus on-device voice processing, and a turn detector that waits for a finished thought instead of a pause. Background music and other people's conversations are ignored by design. AirPods make it even better.
Is my training data uploaded?
No. Your log, nutrition, and body data stay on your phone. Voice audio goes to our AI provider only to generate the reply, is not linked to your identity, and there is no account at all.
What happens if I stop mid-plan or miss days?
The plan adapts instead of guilt-tripping: sessions move while the week is savable, targets recalibrate from your weigh-ins, and the Sunday report says exactly where you stand.
Do I need to speak English to it?
It speaks 25 languages beyond English — and any language you ask for mid-conversation.
Android?
iPhone first. Android is on the roadmap — the blog will announce it.
